A mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units are proposed in the form of a traditional perimeter block development enclosing a private central amenity space, served by a combination of common staircase and deck access to maximise the efficiency of the floorplan.

The scale and form were developed to both respect the neighbouring buildings and enhance sunlight penetration into the central amenity space, whilst the mono-pitched roof and proposed brick cladding create a clean, simple contemporary aesthetic to this much needed high quality affordable living accommodation.
