This new build house in the Cults area of Aberdeen was built on a site which incorporated an existing property and adjacent empty housing plot. The house is designed in a faithfully classical manner, incorporating a generous central circulation space serving symmetrically laid out accommodation in a way which makes the most of the site’s orientation and views.
Elevationally, it is treated in a high quality facing brick complemented by cast stone detailing which creates a unique aesthetic complementary to the varying housing styles of the area. The retention of existing landscaping features, along with newly introduced landscaping, addresses the sloping nature of the site and creates a spectacular setting for the building.
