The consultation stage of a proposed mixed use scheme to create an attractive, well-connected and vibrant new community in the west of Aberdeen.  A site specific response was developed, guided by fundamental sustainability principles, to enhance the setting whilst providing much needed housing and facilities.

Full engagement and consultation was undertaken with the local community in order to shape the proposals, with consideration in particular given to ecological, transport, connectivity and detailed design matters.
